Details and Dates

Program Dates & Times:

Tuesdays (September 5 - October 24) - 4-5:30pm, for running + an educational lesson, meeting at the GT office (650 Logan St.)

Thursdays (September 7 - October 26) - 4-5:30pm, for cross-training + an educational lesson, meeting location will vary depending on the activity each week. Cross-training activities will vary weekly and will include opportunities to indoor rock climb, swim, hike, and more!

Saturdays (September 9 - October 28) - 10am-12pm, for mountain biking, meeting at the GT office.
