Winter Session Registration is OPEN. Register here!

DURING OUR FALL & SPRING SESSIONS, girls meet three times per week for practices in a variety of activities. Each Session is eight weeks long. Girls can register for only one activity day, but are strongly encouraged to try all:

  • Mondays: Rock Climbing at Stonetree Climbing Center, 3 to 4:30 PM

  • Tuesdays: Running/Cross Training + a lesson, 4 to 6 PM

  • Thursdays: Mountain Biking, 4 to 6 PM

The Fall & Spring Session activities vary, but generally include a mix of indoor and outdoor activities. Running, mountain biking, rock climbing, swimming, yoga, and hiking are some of the typical activities.

No experience in any particular sport is required for registration. We all learn together and encourage each other.

Educational lessons rotate each session and consist of evidence-based curriculum about body image, leadership, nutrition, excellence vs. perfectionism, goal-setting, active listening, and much more! Guest speakers each session also vary.

Cost:  $150 for the Fall/Spring Sessions. Scholarships are available to those in need. All participants will receive a custom Girls Thrive swag item, and a water bottle. Healthy snacks are provided during each practice.

Location: We will primarily meet on MONDAYS at Stonetree Climbing Center located at 1222 Bozeman Ave, while TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS will be at the Girls Thrive Headquarters (GTHQ) in the First Presbyterian Church building, located at 535 N Ewing Street. Parents will be informed via email at the beginning of the week if another meeting location is necessary. For example, on a cross-training day, we may meet at Capital City Health Club instead of the GTHQ.

Safety: We are committed to providing a safe and positive environment for every girl. Our volunteer coaches have had background checks and are passionate about our mission. Most coaches are also First Aid and CPR certified.
