Learn about Linda's Tour Divide - a 2,700 mile mountain bike race crisscrossing the Continental Divide on back roads from Banff to Mexico!
Being a pre Title IX athlete, Linda Gryczan understands the importance of sports for girls and women. When so many sports were closed to her, she started biking through the Colorado Rockies because no one told her she could not. More than 50 years later, she continues to ride.
Last summer, Linda entered the Tour Divide, a 2,700 mile mountain bike race crisscrossing the Continental Divide on the back roads from Banff, Alberta to the Mexico border. Linda rode to support women’s sports in Montana, including Girls Thrive. While Linda finished the ride, it did not go as planned.
